Our delivery fees begin from a low $3.99 per shipment, (additional fee for Rural).
From there, the freight price rises according to the size and weight of your order.
We work hard to keep delivery costs fair and reasonable for our customers, an exact shipping price is calculated upon the size, weight and delivery address of your order and is displayed to you in the checkout.
Delivery estimates are available for your order by selecting a delivery region & postcode on your cart page (see below)
Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.
And For Rural Delivery 5-7 business days.
Parcels are couriered or posted Monday - Friday mornings before 7.30am.
Orders received on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays will be couriered on the following business day.
To avoid the Rural Delivery fee we recommend you use an alternative address such as a PO Box or urban work address.
Unfortunately, this additional fee occurs because rural delivery operators are subcontracted by Courier Companies to deliver your parcel from the nearest Post Office. Courier Post on-charge this fee to Kiwi Best Buy, which we are unable to absorb.
How do I check the status of my order?
Most orders are shipped via Courier Post.
When your courier has been booked, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
