The Bread Machine Book - Marjie Lambert
Over 100 recipes for easy-to-make spectacular breads
There is nothing quite like the fragrance, texture and taste of freshly baked bread. If you believe the myths that breadmaking is hard work and that yeast is a mystery, let The Bread Machine Book enlighten you.
A bread machine makes the process of breadmaking one of the easiest tasks in the kitchen, yet it produces spectacular results. The introduction to The Bread Machine
Book will help you get to know your machine, and a comprehensive troubleshooting guide will ensure perfect results every time. Over 100 recipes follow, from dense breads made with molasses or rye to white breads, Italian olive breads and delicious loaves made with grains, nuts, fruits and vegetables. Sweet breads, buns, bagels and breadsticks are among the variations at your fingertips, and more international flavour is added with two sections on breads that are customary to particular countries. All you have to do is measure the ingredients and set the timer - the bread machine does the rest.
