When People Matter Most by Colin Prentice with Ian Hunter
VISION - DRIVEN LEADERSHIP
From the classrooms of Auckland to the killing fields of Rwanda, Colin takes us on a heart-stirring journey that inspires and challenges. This book offers a pragmatic but deeply human-values based approach to leadership. In this compelling story Colin shows us how vision-driven leadership can transform the 21st-century organisation.
Colin is a proven NZ leader at 35 he was one of the youngest secondary school principals in NZ history...
In the 90's as CEO of world vision, the territory for Colin was new, the questions were the same:
-How do you hold on to time-proven values in a modern organisation
-How do you create a climate of excellence?
-How do you continue to improve the market leader?
-How do you weld diverse people into a team?
Plus more...
Answers to these questions are to be found in the endeavours and achievements of this man...

Foxed / Foxing - age-related brown or brown-yellowish spotting of the paper caused by a chemical reaction over time.
Sunned - damage done to a book cover or dust jacket caused by exposure to direct sunlight.
Closed Tear - indicates a torn page in which no material has been lost. A closed tear can be pressed back into place or sometimes fixed with archival repair tape.
